After 14 years of professional rugby Ethan knew that he would have to prepare for the next stage and financial planning was always something that interested him. He is looking forward to continuing to grow his knowledge and skills throughout his time with Telford Mann and achieving the status of Chartered Financial Planner as he continues to succeed in his qualifications. During his rugby career he has won the Premiership, Challenge cup and Premiership cup as well as taking a keen interest in player welfare in his role as Chair of the Rugby Players Association.

Away from work Ethan has a passion for great food and cooking. He owned several hospitality businesses including a pizza trailer, a restaurant and most recently a live fire cooking school called the Butchers Yard. His favourite thing to do is spending quality time on the weekends with his fiancé and young daughter.
