We first started working with this national domestic appliance firm a number of years ago. They already offered generous employee benefits to their workforce, but were concerned that they weren’t receiving the level of service they required to ensure that all of their employees understood all of the options available to them.
By working with the client more closely, we have been available to meet with them whenever they need us to visit either their Head Office or their site on the South Coast. We have been able to further improve the range of benefits the company offer to their workforce and convert their existing pension scheme to ensure it fulfils the auto-enrolment requirements.
The nature of their business means that managing their benefits package across the workforce can be complex and requires us to be seen almost as an extension of the company to their employees and third party providers.

A Northants based charity needed advice on setting up a pension scheme for their employees. They have various sites across the County with employees working different hours. They wanted a solution which would suit all their team and be easy to administer.
In addition, they needed an adviser to provide a pro-active service to them and their employees with regular visits and onsite assistance. We put in place a pension to suit all their needs and arranged site presentations followed by one to ones with all their employees to ensure everyone understood the new arrangements.
We visit the sites regularly to meet new starters and answer any other questions they may have. As a result of our work on the pension scheme, we have also helped the charity set up a death in service scheme and invest their surplus funds to meet both their short term and long term needs.
