Steve was born in Sydney, Australia and has been playing professional Rugby Union for the past 15 years. During this time, he has completed a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance.

In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, cooking, fishing, and playing golf (although he admits to not being very good).
