Nicola Wilson

Posted by Triad

Having started her career in the finance industry as a mortgage underwriter, Nicola then lived and worked at a private boarding school for 20 years whilst also raising her family.  She held a variety of roles at the school including Economics Secretary, Administrator for the Duke of Edinburgh Award, setting up and running the Administration system for the Sports Department and being a Relief Matron to 60+ teenagers.  This gave her invaluable skills and experiences when joining the modern world of Pensions and Investments with Telford Mann.

Nicola has a creative streak and lifelong passion for art and although she admits to not being very good, she enjoys woodcarving and pottery classes where she has produced varying levels of interesting collections of both ‘useful’ and ‘one-off unique’ treasures, which can be found scattered around her home. A wheel thrown ‘wobbly’ shaped egg bowl and hand carved wooden ‘Moai’ inspired head are particular favourites.

She also enjoys baking, reading, attempting to grow her own flowers and vegetables and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
